New Scenario: Examine Witness

Take the stand and learn to respond clearly and effectively under direct or cross-examination from an AI attorney.
New Scenario: Trial Argument
Deliver an opening or closing argument to the jury and refine your narrative, pacing, and impact. Optionally reinforce your case using courtroom screens to display imported exhibits.
Recording Audio on the Web
Recordings in Ovation now include audio playback and download directly in the web portal. Each report includes a new Audio tab where you can listen to the session and download the audio file for review, coaching, or sharing. This makes it easier to revisit key moments, evaluate delivery, and capture takeaways without replaying the recording in the Ovation software.
AI Model Upgrade - GPT 5.2
We've moved our core experience from GPT-4 to GPT-5.2. This update improves response quality across scenarios by delivering more natural dialogue, better instruction-following, and stronger consistency when handling nuanced role-play, follow-up questions, and complex prompts. The result is a smoother, more reliable practice experience with higher-quality interactions and feedback.
